Lee has had a distinguished career for over 30 years as an attorney, real estate broker, and real estate investment manager. He was the Broker, Owner and Manager of a Re/Max office for over 20 years. He has brokered the sale or purchase of over 50 ministry properties.
Lee has served on the denominational board of the Wesleyan Church for over 20 years and as a board member at Indiana Wesleyan University. Lee has attended Wheaton Wesleyan Church for 30 years serving as a greeter, usher, treasurer, and board member. He has served for years in the J.U.S.T. Jail Ministry outreach and as a board member with the Crossroads Restoration Center in Carol Stream. Lee founded the Wheaton Wings Soccer Club, a traveling youth soccer team, and served as a coach for over 15 years.
Lee worked his way through college as a breakman on the Chicago North Western Rail Road. In his free time he was a basketball and football player. In his first week at Houghton he met his wife Donna. Today Donna serves at Wheaton Christian Grammar School as a first grade teacher. They have four grown children and seven grandchildren. They love their two golden retrievers and Lee enjoys taking time to go fishing, or at least drown some worms.
